Description:

The proposal includes the installation of a Yurt and a composting "Thunderbox" WC on the land adjacent to Robertsbridge Community College.

Comments:

I strongly object to this planning application - The work already started last year with building and landscaping, disposed asbestos contaminated waste onto the neighbour’s hedge / boundary. The asbestos waste is present on the site. Waste disposed on the site has been covered up with a new fence line. Covering up the waste with a fence, isn’t a legal waste disposal method. - No legal waste disposal planned has been initiated on site for the existing asbestos waste and for waste generated on site in the future. -The planning application contradicts the design and accesses statement on terms of use. The days of the week do not match. The Preliminary Ecological Appraisal Is prepared for Robertsbridge Community Centre not for Robertsbridge Community college. Therefore, this document cannot support this Application, Robertsbridge Community Centre is located in the village centre. The Design and Access statement: Page 5 issue 2 falsely represents the current state of development. The pictures do not represent the current structure on site. The existing structure needs the appropriate planning permission. The proposed site plan for the Yurt elevation is on a current soakaway, this soakaway is vital to the site and the surrounding land. This development isn’t inclusive. It should provide access for all students disabled and able bodied. No end of use plan has been considered. What will happen to the site at the end of its life. The thunderbox will be left unused in the summer holidays. This will attract vermin. Please not there are also two swimming pools adjacent gardens to the land.
