I am a micro provider that offers a mentoring , advocacy and support service for adults from 18 years old. We provide bespoke, highly tailored one to one support packages to give the individual control and choice. We are highly trained and experienced community support workers/PA's striving to give individuals the empowerment and guiding hand to live a happy and fulfilled life, offering:-

Personal Assistant Support
Meal preparation
Light domestic duties and laundry services
Shopping assistance
Accessing and attending appointments
Prompting with personal care and taking medication
All forms of correspondence and paperwork
Finances, benefits and housing
Support with social, employment and educational needs
Befriending service
Confidence building and life skills
Support with hoarding
promote wellbeing

Charging and related information

Monday - Friday £18 per hour
Weekends and Bank Holidays £20 per hour
Mileage whilst with the client is charged at 45p per mile


Extensive knowledge of Picture Exchange System to support communication and language barriers. Positive Behaviour Support to positively reduce challenging pressures. In depth knowledge of Autism and positively engaging individuals in tasks/activities. Interest and experience in sensory impaired and acquired brain injuries.


I worked for 6 years as a Senior Support Worker with vulnerable adults within the NHS, a charitable organisation and a private healthcare service. I have extensive knowledge and experience of complex cases, challenging moods and Mental Health. I have been working as a PA for four years and have built up a small business that also employs a small number of PA's.

We support with life skills, confidence building and help to achieve goals and aspirations. We look into social opportunities and access to employment and education. Packages will also support individual needs ranging from support with accessing healthcare professional appointments, light domestic duties, offering support and guidance and promoting wellbeing.


I have training, knowledge and in depth understanding of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities from my role as a Senior Support Worker. Trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), qualified to QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Extensive knowledge of Picture Exchange System (PECS) and use of communication systems. Certificates in First Aid and basic resuscitation, Food Hygiene, Mental Health Act, Epilepsy, Medication training and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. Knowledge and experience of PEG feed/care and tracheotomy. Understanding of environmental issues surrounding visually impaired individuals.
