Community Support Worker: Support to carry over rehabilitation/exercise programmes.
De cluttering: Support to sort and file paperwork, and either recycle/up-cycle or dispose of unwanted items.
Dementia: Support to enable you to maintain your independence and safety within your home and with other activities of daily living in the community.
Domestic Duties: Light household chores and support to obtain specialist cleaners.
Meals: Support and encouragement in the planning, preparation and cooking of simple nutritious meals.
Medication Support: Collection or submission of prescriptions. Encourage the prompt taking of medication, dispose of out of date medications and support to obtain a medication review.
Respite for Carers: Provide respite in the home and/or accompany the cared for to an activity of choice.
Secretarial/Admin: Support to read and reply to correspondence, and fill in forms. Sign post to other services.
Shopping: Support to use digital technology to shop from home online. Transport and accompany to the shops of your choice.
Social engagement: Support and encouragement to engage in an activity of your choice to reduce social isolation, and access venues.
Visiting/befriending/buddying: Visit and listen to you over a cuppa. Support to form new friendships or try a new activity by exploring other possibilities together by using digital technology.

Charging and related information

£16.00 - per hour
Minimum 2 hour support.

£18.00 – per hour supporting clients with tasks that require intensive support due to risks.
Minimum 2 hour support

£32 – per hour Weekend and Bank Holidays
Minimum 2 hour support

£120.00 Week day Live in companionship 21.00 0800
Mileage: First 5 miles no charge,
£0.45 per additional miles thereafter.

Expenses occurred during trips will be charged i.e car parking, entry fees.

I have experience of working with vulnerable individuals with long term and newly acquired/ diagnosed physical and mental health conditions.

I am enjoy working as a PA on a one to one basis –providing a person centred approach listening and encouraging individuals often involving the support of thier family and friends.

I have been able to support individuals to identify and dispose of items/belongings to reduce hoarding and decluttering to maintain a safe home environment.


I care passionately about people, and will endeavour to make a difference by providing a little extra support, listening, encouraging and exploring possibilities together, to maintain, improve independence, and wellbeing within the home and the community.

I will provide a service with a person centred approach to meet individual needs, and at a pace lead by you.

I worked for many years jointly with members of multi disciplinary teams which enabled me to build positive relationships with partners in acute and community health settings, statutory agents, and other local and national voluntary agencies.
Working in a generic role supporting individuals with a variety of long term or newly acquired conditions which impacted on their physical, mental health and also sensory abilities.
I have experience providing specialist support to often vulnerable, complex and challenging individuals in the community to enable them to take control, and maintain independence in a variety of ways.
