Expertise

Manages care staff who have completed mandatory training, as well as specialist training in person centred care, dementia care and first aid.

Experience

Sussex Elderly Care aim to provide a home care service aimed at carers and relatives, to enable elderly people to remain in their homes for as long as possible. SEC aim to provide a service where old fashioned values such as quality, reliability, respectfulness and responsiveness are paramount. We aim to provide a person centred service unique to requirements.

Background

Ina Sutton has over twenty five years experience managing services for people also children with physical and mental disabilities, as well as elderly care presently specialising in dementia care. Highly motivated and committed, who can lead and develop services to deliver high standards of care in service delivery. Ina is the Registered Manager of Sussex Elderly Care and has a plethora of home management experience in problem solving, managing budgets and building standards to comply with legislation as well as CQC Regulations.
