I am very experienced in Dementia / Alzheimer’s care. Also Parkinson’s, mobility, palliative care and a broad range of other health conditions. I also provide comprehensive 1-1 support for adults with various aspects of their daily life, helping them to keep living independently and comfortably in their own homes. I also provide Respite Care for an increasing number of family members and carers, enabling them to take a break from their caring roles.
I am very observant and adaptable to the changing needs of my clients and can offer as much, or as little assistance as required and at the times my clients need it.
I am an accredited and approved care provider, qualified in nursing and have enhanced DBS and insurance.

I moved to England from the Philippines in 2002 and spent many years working within NHS Wards and Outpatients’ Clinics, nursing people with a wide range of medical conditions. In recent years, I began working in the social and home care sector as well as caring for both my own parents and in-laws.

It is from these experiences, as well as from deep within my own culture, that I truly appreciate the importance of looking after our loved ones and why I enjoy caring for people so much. Not least, because of the great sense of security, comfort and peace of mind that living at home can bring to those we love.

I have huge respect for our seniors and love listening to and learning from their many life’s stories and experiences. I am very caring by nature and love making a positive difference to people’s lives. And being a Filipino, I’m very friendly and jolly too!

I qualified originally as a Midwife at Pines City Doctors Hospital, Baguio, Philippines, and spent the following 20 years in both the nursing and home care sectors.

As a nurse and a carer, these two sayings have always meant a great deal to me:

• “To care for those who once cared for us is one of the greatest honours.”

• “I cannot do all the good that the world needs but the world needs all the good that I can do.”
