Personal Care: Personal help and support with medication administration, bathing, washing, dressing and other personal care routines. Homecare: Cleaning, ironing, washing service, groceries, online shopping. Communication with family and friends. Social Engagement & Companionship: Dinner, lunch, theatre, museums, holidays, clubs, sports, days out, befriending and group activities. Meals: Prepared in your own home or meals delivered. All meals are nutritious, homemade and fresh. Dietary and cultural needs catered for.
Administration Support: Filling in forms, organising paperwork, budgeting,
arranging meetings, banking, pension collection and correspondence.
Pet Services: Walking, feeding, cover for holidays, appointments and hospital cover
Out & About Groups: Small befriending groups offer a social activity, plus a chance to catch up with new and old friends. Visiting places of your personal interest. Previous outings have included; garden centres, the seaside, cinema, theatre, museums, indoor bowls, open gardens, shops, bingo, jazz bands, exercise classes, tea dances, sporting events, cooking, knitting and book clubs, and any more outings. Suggestions and ideas are encouraged, always welcome and every effort will be done to accommodate them. I am able to provide increased duration of cover depending on each individuals/carers needs. These are are small groups which promote a personalised service, support and befriending opportunities, respite breaks, reduce isolation and social engagement. The groups are small to enable a personalised opportunity of fulfilling each individuals needs, choice and aspirations.
Respite Breaks & Companionship Sitting Service: Flexible and tailored support. Whether respite is required for an emergency, a few hours, day care, for overnight or a weekend.

Respite Overnight Cover from 10pm to 7am
Monday to Thursday: Per night £95.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Per night £130.00
Emergency call out: £50.00 including first half hour of service - £30 per half hour thereafter.
Mileage: 45p per mile (first 10 miles no charge). Full mileage costs if x1 person. half the mileage costs if x2 people, third the mileage costs if x3 people etc.


When working with my clients, I continually endeavour to maximize on their independence and work to support them to remain in their home environment for as long as possible, regardless of the level their level of need. I am committed to providing the highest level of personal and professional standards and have a highly developed person-centred philosophy of care and provide a personalized provision of support that each unique individual requires and deserves. I am more than happy to support client’s existing and previous hobbies and interest but also to support or encourage them to try new things.


I have working as a PA for the past 7 years. Prior to this I have worked with children and young adults within the fostering system. I also have extensive experience as a child minder, not only on a professional level but also to my own children and now to my grandchildren.
I have had personal experience of my grandmother having Alzheimer’s Disease. I not only experience on a personal level the care and support that not only I provided to her but also experiencing first-hand the need of support required to the immediate family involved both emotionally and physically.
Some of my previous working experience includes;
Devising, planning and facilitating a drama course in collaboration with an establishment for adults with learning disabilities.
Directed and produced drama plays and also organised and facilitad Art and Craft therapy groups and exhibitions for adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Project managed and provided personalised interior design themes for client’s
bedrooms, plus a sensory room for residential setting.
Supported client holidays and out and about opportunities, these included trips to cultural experiances, theatre trips, museums, city break.
Devising nutritional and exercise programmes
Organised Summer fairs and Christmas fetes, and other fund raising events.
